1. Sample Information & Anonymity
Truvial Labs treats all sample submissions, chemical formulations, and inquiry communications with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or monetize client identities or analytical outcomes. Identifiers attached to physical specimens are stripped and replaced with internal lab barcodes upon reception to maintain anonymous chain-of-custody protocols.
2. Data Collection & Analytical Records
We collect information strictly necessary to process orders, generate cryptographic certificates of analysis, and coordinate tracked return or destruction of residual specimen material. Electronic analytical chromatograms are archived in encrypted offline storage vaults.
3. Public Result Disclosures
Analytical results are never published to public repositories unless explicitly authorized by the submitting party under a public research agreement. Any sample shared publicly has all personal, batch, and geolocational metadata permanently redacted.
4. Digital Contact & Communications
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form or customer portal, your transmission details are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. We retain communication logs only as long as required to resolve your analytical inquiries.
